We wanted to add a master bedroom suite on a new half-floor of our house, which posed a challenging design issue in terms of where to put the new staircase in our open-plan living room. We are absolutely thrilled with the plan Trillium helped us design. Then they went the extra mile(s) to help us navigate the municipal approval process when there was initial push-back from Zoning, who did not know how to negotiate the mid-century modern design of the house. So grateful to have had the Trillium team take the lead in that whole process.
