SEED Homes

is a division of Trillium Architects. SEED creates smaller, green homes that are partially built in a factory and then finished on site. These homes are more cost-effective and provide a quicker move-in time.

These houses can create as much energy as they use over the course of the year. This is typically done through adding a photovoltaic solar array to the roof of the house.

Sustainable

We want our houses to be stewards of the earth. We choose materials that have lower carbon footprints, require little maintenance and take a load off of the local infrastructure.

Healthy

Fresh, temperate and humidity controlled air, quiet interior, lots of natural light, and natural materials create a peaceful and clean living environment.
