SEED Homes
SEED Homes is a branch of Trillium Architects Co-operative and its mission is to offer pre-designed, modular, green homes in a predictable, cost efficient, and easy way.
All of the homes are partially built in a factory, and finished on site.
These houses can create as much energy as they use over the course of the year. This is typically done through adding a photovoltaic solar array to the roof of the house.
Fresh, temperate, and humidity-controlled air, quiet interior, and lots of light.
We want our houses to be stewards of the earth. We choose natural materials that have lower carbon footprints, require little maintenance, and take a load off of the local infrastructure.
