Our clients wanted more space, more light, and a new look for their waterfront home – so we added a double gable roof and front portico – a beautiful design, built sustainably.  We also opened up the back of the house with energy-efficient windows and doors, second-floor balconies, and a pergola for shade. The interior rooms were taken down to the studs and rebuilt to create more open space and better flow, while providing even more stunning views of Long Island Sound.
