Trillium Architects is the primary architect for the Town of Ridgefield. Trillium has created designs and permitted for many of the town’s buildings and continues to do so, with many projects in progess. 

Permitting included conceptulizing the space, creating site plans, evaluating site constraints, and zoning requirements. It also included drafting construction documents - detailed, scaled drawings that include architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing details. During the permitting process, we also made sure the designs met all applicable codes, and submitted the applications to local authorities. We also managed plan revisions, coordinated with structural and mechanical engineers and submited applications to local authorities.
