Having a clear, open site bordered by mature trees allows the home to sit in a natural landscape of meadow grasses and gardens. Cathedral ceilings and natural materials at the interior lend warmth and texture.

As with all our homes, the Modern Meadow House is designed with sustainability and achieving Net Zero in mind. A robust envelope with insulation made from recycled paper, triple-pane windows, and solar panels help achieve a highly-efficient home using minimal energy to operate. 

Indoor air quality is enhanced through ERVs (Energy Recovery Ventilators) which bring continuous fresh air into the space.
