Trillium did the design and permitting for Mint Kisco Dental.  We took a raw space and turned it into a modern and inviting home for the business.

Permitting included conceptulizing the space, creating site plans, evaluating site constraints, and zoning requirements. It also included drafting construction documents - detailed, scaled drawings that include architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing details. During the permitting process, we also made sure the designs met all applicable codes, and submitted the applications to local authorities. We also managed plan revisions, coordinated with structural and mechanical engineers and submited applications to local authorities.
