We renovated and added on to a Craftsman cottage that was originally built in 1880. The addition of a stair tower provides maximum views of the Hudson River. 

Our clients found pre-owned kitchen cabinets - with animal paintings - and used them in the new kitchen - creating a charming space. 

We upgraded this old home's energy efficiency to Passive House standards - a feat for a home more than 140 years old!
