We are Green Architects. We have years of in depth experience building energy efficient, environmentally friendly, beautiful and enjoyable homes.

‘Green’ is hot right now. It is timely and suddenly everyone is ‘green’. We are happy about this because what we have believed in for so long is finally becoming main stream.spaces at any scale.

But living green can be complicated and building green is even more so. Experience is vital. The technologies and products are continually changing and evolving. It takes a lot of experience trying different techniques and actually DOING green building to give a professional an informed and useful set of tools with which to build green.

At Trillium Architects we have that set of tools.
We have been building green since 1992. We know the technologies, products and the methodologies to design a green home and we know the builders, suppliers, engineers, etc who know how to get a green home built. We have years of experience designing houses that work and work ‘green’ AND. we have years of experience designing houses that are beautiful and inspiring~ designed specifically to be green.

We are designing two new homes in Fairfield County this year that are being built LEED Certified. We have several other new homes and remodels completed that are exceptionally energy efficient and use primarily green products which were built before LEED Certification was available.
